Visit notes master categories, items and note types are very flexible but they do have limits. Assessment addendum items count toward these limits as well.
Number of total categories = 1,000
Number of items per category = 1,000
Number of total items is all categories = 100,000
Number of note types (SN, PT, OT etc) = 99
