To place an alternate code in FL44 of UB-92 other than the HCPCS code assigned to the revenue code of the discipline you will need to do the following:
1) update the claim form template used by the payer to print CPT-4 codes in FL44
2) add the alternate code for each discipline into the CPT-4 code field in ADMIN-Clinical Maint-Discipline
