How do I find total cost per visit and episode?

ANALYSIS & REPORTING / Financial /Actual Visit Costs by Episode grid -- in filter form, choose timeframe as desired then click [Apply Filter] -- when grid results are displayed, the discipline cost columns have footer totals as well as confirmed total cost column which is sum of each discipline cost column
