How do I find average reimbursement rate?

ANALYSIS & REPORTING / Financial /Actual Visit Costs by Episode grid -- in filter form, choose timeframe as desired then click [Apply Filter] -- when grid results are displayed, click [Export to Excel] and save the file -- open the file in EXCEL, add formula to average the value of Final Claim Amount [example: =AVERAGE(R2:R16)]
