ISSUE: I am not able to view or print 485s and assessments in CarePortal

RESOLUTION: Please check your Internet Explorer for any kind of 3rd party toolbar -- many of these IE toolbars block pop-ups -- the documents in CarePortal are displayed in a second window [pop-up] -- you will most likely find that there is a YAHOO (or other 3rd party) toolbar installed that is blocking/preventing the 485 print window from being displayed -- once you disable the pop-up blocker, the 485 will be displayed -- please check each PC to disable any pop-up blockers -- when these print windows are 'blocked' from being displayed, that can cause the system to slow down since there is a print process attempting to be run to completion but is being blocked by YAHOO toolbar
