Problems printing an OASIS assessment in CarePortal

Problem:

I am trying to print the OASIS assessment but receive an error message about an arithmetic overflow.

Solution:

Most likely, there is a large amount of text in 485 Box 21 (Orders/Treatments) and/or 485 Box 22 (Goals) that have been entered as all UPPERCASE characters which can be the cause of the non-printing problem.

To resolve, place your cursor in the Goals text entry box; press [Ctrl]-A to select all text; press [Ctrl]-C to copy the selected text; start Microsoft WORD; press [Ctrl]-V to paste the copied text into WORD; click FORMAT / Change Case; choose the 'Sentence Case' option and click [OK]; press [Ctrl]-A to select all text; press [Ctrl]-C to copy the selected text; go back to CarePortal - Goals; press [Ctrl]-V to paste the copied text then click [Save]
