I'm trying to delete the clinical visit notes (they were posted in error) in the system and it wont allow me to because it's telling me the record is locked and cannot be editted.
Do I have the capability to unlock and delete?
The reason you are unable to delete the visits is that the visits have already been billed so they are not eligible for deletion.
You can see the status of each SJ transaction in ANALYSIS & REPORTING - Operational - SJ Transactions; select patient on filter form and click [apply filter] button -- when grid results are displayed, click once on SJ date column heading to sort oldest to newest in date order -- if you then scroll to the right, there is a status column which contains one value of either:
- Ignore
- Pending
- Confirmed
- Billed
