How do I get a report of scheduled visits that have not been linked to an actual visit note?
You can run the WORKFLOW / Scheduler / Scheduler grid -- in the filter form, enter the date range in Scheduled Start Date: fields -- click [Apply Filter] button -- when grid results are returned, the first column 'Completed' will either be checked or unchecked -- any checked entries are those where a visit note was entered in CLINICAL / Patient Profile / Visit Notes and the visit note was associated with a scheduled activity by selecting from the drop-down -- any unchecked entries are scheduled activities (visits) where it has not been associated with a visit note / service journal entry
You can click the column heading of 'Completed' once to sort the grid results so all 'checked' items are together and all 'unchecked' items are together
You can also click [Export to Excel] button to create a spreadsheet with the grid results if this report will need to be e-mailed
