Is there a report that can tell me how many patients have met the 10 visit therapy threshhold by month or by year
In ANALYSIS & REPORTING / Clinical /Therapy Visits grid -- you can select asmt types 1 and 4 (SOC and recert) -- once the grid results are returned, you can sort or group by Service Score -- for scores 0 & 1, the variance column will have a green negative number if patient episode is under 10 therapy visits or a red positive number if patient episode is over 10 therapy visits -- for scores 2 & 3, the variance column will have a red negative number if patient episode is under 10 therapy visits or a green positive number if patient episode is over 10 therapy visits
