Please be sure that the staff properly exits from Care Portal by clicking the “Sign Out” link at the top of any Care Portal screen. They should not click the red ‘X’ (close) button of the Internet Explorer session unless they are at the Care Portal login screen. Nor should they navigate away from Care Portal to some other web site (such as www.google.com) without first properly exiting from Care Portal.
