How do I create an OASIS export batch in CarePortal ?

1. Admin - OASIS Batch - Create Batch [check Medicare & Medicaid then select ALL]
2. a list of validated asmts is displayed, specific asmts can be selected by checking the box to the left of the patient name or click [Select All] button at bottom of screen
3. once the selections are made, simply click the [Save & Generate] button
4. the automated FTP utility (if FTP-Getter is installed) will download the file within 10 minutes to the local PC at which point the file can be submitted to the state using AT&T Global Dialer
