Discharging a patient currently hospitalized
A patient was transferred to the hospital, then to a care facility, then passed away at the facility. We are trying to discharge the patient, but the system won't let us discharge the patient.
You'll need to go to Clinical - Patient Actions - Hospitalize and enter a hospital discharge date for the patient -- you'll then be able to discharge the patient's admission
