CarePortal Billing Integrity Error: Episode-starting assessment is set to status of Ignore, so episode will not be processed.

Question: How do I resolve the billing integrity grid Error "Episode-starting assessment is set to status of Ignore, so episode will not be processed."?

Answer: Remove the “IGNORE” billing status from the assessment in FINANCIAL – Billing – Patient Assessment Tracking or if entered in error, then delete the assessment in CLINICAL – Patient Profile – OASIS/POT/Suppl Order.
