Question: How do I resolve the billing integrity grid Error "A final claim date is associated with the assessment, but no record of the claim exists. Please contact support to resolve."?

Answer: Log into the GRS on-line helpdesk at www.goldenrulesoftware.com and open a support ticket. Please be sure to include the patient name, the payer/policy name, the admission date, the cert period and any other identifying information.
