CarePortal Billing Integrity Error: Assessment lock date must not be blank.

Question: How do I resolve the billing integrity grid Error "Assessment lock date must not be blank."?

Answer: Go to CLINICAL – Patient Profile – OASIS/POT/Suppl Order; edit the assessment and step through entire assessment until you reach the last screen then be sure to click [Finish] button to set the lock date.
