Question: How do I resolve the billing integrity grid Error "SJ Transaction mm/dd/yyyy “nn” is not covered by a valid payer policy effective date range."?

Answer: You will need to enter an additional authorization period and its covered disciplines for the reported visit discipline in the specified payer authorization period in CLINICAL – Patient Profile – Demographics – Payer / Policy Assignment – Authorized Discipline or you should set the reported visit to non-billable in CLINICAL – Patient Profile – Visit Notes.
