Question: How do I resolve the billing integrity grid Error "First scheduled visit mm/dd/yyyy is not associated with an actual visit"?
Answer: You can resolve by going to ADMIN – Worker Maint – Worker then [search/select worker assigned to the first SJ of the cert period]. Scroll down to bottom of screen, click SERVICE JOURNALS link, find the SJ date in list, click “edit”; select the appropriate item from the drop-down list of the “Scheduled Activity” question and then click [Save].
