Answer: The most common cause of this message is when the “Supplies Required in Claim” has been checked in the assessment summary screen and either the supply items had been assigned to a non-billable visit which can be resolved by deleting the supply items from the non-billable visit and assigning the supply items to a billable visit of the episode or if no supplies have been entered, then at least one supply should be assigned to a billable visit of the episode.
