Loss of Printing capabilities


One of the computers has lost all printing capabilities. On the sync program, the hour glass just keeps going and will not generate the report to print. On gold, the print assessments/notes will not function.


This type of issue occurs when there has been a change to the computer in question, either the name of the computer has changed, etc.  To resolve this please go to link below and see the screen prints attached; follow instructions to resolve incorrect server name.
