Problem: I get this error when I try to print a report: Failed to load control CRViewer from CRViewer.dll Your version of CRViewer may be outdated.
Solution:
1) Verify the date of crviewer.dll that is in your Windows folder, should be 04/26/2002.
2) If missing or old, copy from SQLGold folder into your Windows system folder.
3) Manually register the dll. Assuming a Windows 98 machine with crviewer in system folder, issue this command in the Run window.
regsvr32 c:\windows\system\crviewer.dll
Other OS will need appropriate path.
