Problem: Sync fails at the end of the connection during System Backup. Connection is remote through a VPN connection.
Resolution: On the pc that is receiving the sync, go to the Hot Sync Icon down in system tray and right click on it. Go to Custom and all remote sync devices should have the System conduit set to Do Nothing.
