Problem: When trying to edit a visit note I get the message "specified date invalid".
Resolution: In Control Panel, go to Regional Settings/Options. On the Date tab, check the "short date format"; It should be set at the following:
MM/dd/yyyy
Note: The above resolution is based on Windows 2000 Pro; the instructions may vary if client is using Windows XP.
Windows XP: In Control Panel, go to the Regional and Language options. If the Short Date format is not MM/dd/yyyy, click on Customize and then the Date tab and change to the MM/dd/yyyy format.
