Problem: The user has modified the default Orders & Goals by removing the default information. However, on the PDA the old default information remains following a successful Update/Update sync.
Resolution: The file SQLGold\PDA\Master\phraseit.dbf has data in it and it should be empty. Replace phraseit.dbf with the following file:
