Error 18: Table not found or invalid - SFT-SE_CHHA485 or Fatal Alert MEMORYMGR.C, line:5281, chunk under-lock

Error when trying to sync the PDA to the desktop.  Please refer to PDF documentation below.  Pay particular attention to the Update/Update step #4.  These steps should resolve the errors.
