Problem: In OasisPalm Visit Notes, I clicked "New" and received error "failure in file table c: line 1084".
Resolution: Perform a soft reset on the PDA. Open OasisPalm Sync and in Sync Preferences, select Update PDA Software, Update PDA Support Files, and press the HotSync button on the cradle (bypassing the Ready to Sync Process).
