Knowledge Base Article #45:

Unable to Transfer a New Patient from SAM to OasisGold

Problem: The interface did not recognize the patient as newly added, perhaps due to the fact that several days had passed.

 

Resolution: Go to the Edit Patients screen in Care Manager, change the Referral Source, click Save, change it back to original setting and click Save again then go to GRSSAM and click Process.
