Problem: Received Hotsync Problem Message: "The connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again."
Resolution: Confirm the HotSync Manager is running and enabled. Click on the HotSync Icon in the taskbar of the workstation and make sure Local USB (or Local Serial if you are using a serial cradle) is checked on the menu. If not, check the box. Press the HotSync button on the cradle.
