Question: How do I install Golden Rule Software to a new PDA?
Answer: Place the PDA in the HotSync cradle. Open Palm Desktop on the Workstation Desktop. From the Tools menu, choose Users. Click New and enter a user name for the PDA and click OK.
Open New OasisPalm Device on the Workstation Desktop. Choose the new user name, click Install, and then press the HotSync button on the cradle.
Open User Maintenance, add the new user name to the Device List, and assign access groups.
Open OasisPalm Sync and in Sync Preferences, select Doctors, Update PDA Software, and Update PDA Support Files. Press the HotSync button on the cradle.
