Question: Where does the date the orders are returned get entered?
Answer: In the Oasis/POT/Suppl Order link, select the row that represents the document returned; such as 485/POT, then click the Clinical Tracking Link displayed in the list of links below the grid. Entere the mailed date (if needed); MD signed date and check box that tracking is complete, then click the "BACK" button in the center of the screen to return to the Oasis/POT/Suppl Order screen.
