Employee Status in Care Portal

Question: How do we make an employee "inactive"?

Answer: Go to Admin, Client Maintenance, Worker Type and at the top of the screen select the "Add New" option, then type one called "Inactive" and save it. Then go to Admin, Client Maintenance, Worker, select the worker you wish to make "inactive" and change their type to "Inactive". Then in Analysis and Reporting, Listing, Worker on the filter tab; select All worker types Except "Inactive" so that the listing will only show workers with other types assigned.
