Care Portal Remittance Advice entries

Question: How do I correct remittance advice entries?

Answer: You need to go to the RA that is OPEN, click button to enter patient details transactions, then click button to save/check totals -- then click view/adjust details -- you will see that several entries on the selected RA are missing the FROM / TO dates -- you should select those rows one at a time by clicking the box to the left of the patient name, once the detail record is displayed below, in that record, you should click the magnifying glass icon and re-search for the patient -- then the claim field is populated, you should then select the claim dates and correct the amounts
