Question: How do I reactivate a discharged patient in Golden Rule Software?
Answer: To reactivate a discharged patient, click the Active button next to the patient list. The Active button will change to Discharged, and will display a list of discharged patients. Select the discharged patient in the list and edit the patient record. Go to the Statistical Data tab and uncheck the Patient Discharge check box, then Save the record. Click the Discharged button and it reverts back to Active. The patient is now displayed in the Active patients list.
