Question: How do I enter a Resumption, Other Follow Up (SCIC), Transfer not discharged, Transfer/discharge, Death at Home, Discharge?
Answer: To enter any of the above assessments you will need to follow the following steps:
1. Go to Oasis/POT/Suppl Order
2. Select New Entry
3. Enter assessment name, assessor, physician, select suppl order for plan type
4. Click "Proceed to Oasis Assessment" if you are ready to enter the assessment, if not click on save and when you are ready to enter the assessment you will need to "edit" and then proceed to Oasis Assessment.
