Problem: I added a new category and items to the Visit Notes Master Maintenance but the new data did not sync over to the PDA.
Resolution: New categories and items added to the Visit Notes Master Maintenance must also be selected to a specific Visit Type by clicking the Maintenance button within Edit Visit Types. In order to sync the new data to the PDA, you must check the Visit Notes option in the Sync Preferances of the OasisPalm Sync program.
