How do I recertify a patient?

WORKFLOW - Patient Status Change - Patient Recert / Discharge [apply appropriate filter settings]

Check box in Recert column, Recert Date, Duration, Patient is PPS fields will auto-complete; double-click Verbal SOC Date field to display calendar control.  Click [Save] in lower-left corner.

Then go to CLINICAL - Patient Profile - Oasis/POT/Suppl Order, there will be an entry there with a Plan type of POT/485 without an assessment type. Click on Edit and select assessment type 4-recertification and proceed through the assessment.
