How do I discharge a patient?

WORKFLOW - Patient Status Change - Patient Recert / Discharge [apply appropriate filter settings]

Check box in Discharge column, double-click Discharge Date field to display calendar control and double-click Reason column to diplay drop-down list.  Click [Save] in lower-left corner.
