Problem: I get an error when I try to edit my assessment addendum or visit note on the PC. This only happens on certain ones, not all of them.
Explanation: One or more of your visit notes/addendum items does not have a description. Each item in your master list must have some kind of title or description. The attached fix will change existing items without descriptions to use its category name as the item description. You can adjust these afterwards as you see fit. The script will show you the ones it changed.
Fix: Download this script by right clicking the link below, and choosing the "Save Target As" option and save to your desktop. Then call support to help you run it thru Winsql.
