Problem: When I go in to validate an assessment in Oasis Gold on my Windows XP Professional machine I get an error, "Cannot find MSJET35.DLL", how can I fix this?
Reason: Oasis Gold uses a validation DLL and some machines arent able to automatically use this DLL.
Solution: Please open a ticket for this error so that a support team member can help you with this issue.
Note for support team members: If this machine is the server machine for Oasis Gold save the file msjet35.dll to c:\grs\sqlgold then go to 'Start', 'Run', and type in regsvr32 c:\grs\sqlgold\msjet35.dll, this will register the file on the machine. If this machine is not the server for Oasis Gold, save the file to the "C" drive go to 'Start', 'Run', and type in regsvr32 c:\msjet35.dll, this will register the file on the machine and you should be able to validate.
