Knowledge Base Article #97:

Crystal Reports message Server has not yet been opened.

Problem: Whenever I try to print any report I get a message saying "Server has not yet been opened".

Resolution: Please check our downloads section for Crystal Reports Fix. It should be run on any affected workstations.
