Problem: The assessment entry is missing from OASIS/POT/Suppl Order area
Resolution: You had 'inactivated' the assessment (step 4 of KB Article #872) but hadn't completed the rest of the steps to batch/export and then reactivate the assessment.
To identify these 'inactivated' assessments, go to [ADMIN - Oasis Batch - Create New Batch - Show All], click once on column heading 'TYPE' to sort records by value in that column. Any records that have a value of INACT will need to have the remainder of the above steps applied to them.
